Eco-Schools students in Nepal win Air Video Challenge
A video challenge connected to the theme of Air was organised by Drishti Kathmandu, Nepal by a group of people deeply concerned about air quality in their country. The challenge was designed to raise awareness and search for solutions about pollution, that many locals complain about. A number of students from across Kathmandu participated in the challenge, but the Eco-Schools students won with a video about facts, people's feelings and perspectives as well as solutions to the problem of air pollution.
The children gave their very best and the output showed to be incredible. By taking this challenge, they got even more motivated and they continue to be involved in environmental issues and actions addressing them. Have a look at the winning video here!
FEE appreciates the contribution of teachers participating in the Eco-Schools programme and invites them to develop and submit lesson plans that promote an action oriented pedagogy about specific SDGs. Read more...
